Michelle has worked in customer service for over fifteen years, and her Retail Management background helps her to effectively handle resident requests, no matter how large or small with ease. As an original member of the Mansions on the Plaza team, and born and raised in the Saint Louis area, Michelle is a valuable asset to anyone new to the Mansions community. Talena joined the Mansions on the Plaza team in January of 2011, where as Marketing/ Leasing Manager; she utilized innovative marketing initiatives and social networking to showcase Mansions on the Plaza as the number one choice in upscale rental living. Talena attended Saint Louis University and is a Licensed Real Estate Agent. Talena’s enthusiasm, professionalism, and strong commitment is key to providing the best possible service and results. Ron, our maintenance supervisor has many years of experience and is certified in many areas of maintenance. Residents find him to be very responsive and enjoy his charming personality. He has assembled a great team to take care of all your maintenance needs down to even the littlest detail of hanging artwork for you. 

One of our friendliest faces at Mansions on the Plaza is Jeanette, our Concierge. The word concierge is French in origin and means "keeper of the keys", and as the 'keeper' Jeanette becomes the point of contact for all residents who seek information or assistance. Jeanette plays a vital role in the daily customer service operations of Mansions on the Plaza. Jeanette's focus is to ensure that the needs and requests of all residents are met, and that everyone has a memorable stay, whether they are a long term resident or just a visiting guest. Residents can always come to Jeanette with questions, suggestions, or if they need reservations for restaurants, spas, shows, or special events.
